Quality Assurance
The best quality for the lowest price
The reason we can sell necks for such low prices is because we’re large buying quantities of non custom (off the shelf style) necks from wholesale suppliers. This means we can sell you single necks with near wholesale prices at OEM quality.
Affordable no longer means low quality. These days, Chinese manufacturers produce such high volumes of electric guitar necks that there is no longer a quality difference between China, Indonesia and Korea.
As of now, we’re only delivering to New Zealand.
Quality Assurance
The issue people have with Chinese imported replacement necks, is trust that the necks won’t be duds. It’s not feasible to send back defective products to the other side of the world so trust in quality control is imperative. All our necks are New Zealand stock and are checked for quality control prior to posting to you. This means you can be assured the neck that arrives is perfectly functional and as expected.
What we check on each neck before posting:
- Checked for high frets (if found, spot leveled)
- Checked for finish defects
Note:
These are brand new necks, so no neck screw holes will be drilled. Nuts are grooved for string location, however the groove depth will need to be cut.
How do we store necks?
As replacementnecks.com is an offshoot business of pearsonsintruments.com we already have access to the Rotorua Pearson neck storage room.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If somehow we send you a defective neck, get in touch within 7 days and we’ll issue a full refund + return postage cost.
B-Stock Necks:
As we have a close relationship with multiple neck manerfactures across China, ocasionally we’ll be offered B-Stock grade necks with small imperfections (always still functional) to purchase. Since these suppliers are building necks for many other companies across the world, occasionally their factories will make a small mistake that will eliminate the specific neck from passing A-Stock necks.
These are often of much higher spec with unique spec options such as inlays and bindings. These are usually in single quantities. You’ll be very lucky if you get one before its sold out!
